I found this one and a few other great videos on the Kev5124 Youtube channel He has some great point of view rides (GoPro on his helmet) some repair videos and this one gives you begginers like me a few pointers. Now this one is not his it is free with Mountain Bike magazine, but since I found it on his page I am giving him credit and linking you to his page.
