I am not going to get deep into all the crap that happened, just boring as far as this blog goes (real life shit no big deal) So I got home and relaxed with a Rumble…Well not an all out battle that escalated fast like Anchorman …..

Very good Oak tasting beer I will report on next week at some point. I also got some info together for our Brew day (that would be brew number 2 for me) this coming Saturday. Put some Oak chips into a bag and set them to soak with some Jim Beam Rye for a possible RyePA,
We are looking at splitting the initial 5 gallon Fermentation into 5 one gallon beers, with a base IPA as the original we have a few ideas but nothing is solid yet…More to come soon
