Beers To Try Before you Die or the Beer Bucket 52 List 24 of 52 Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

During my very first brew last weekend, I was in Illinois and picked up a six pack that is not available in Missouri. Dog fish Head 60 Minute IPA. Please Sam (Sam Calagione owner of Dogfish Head) get your wonderful beers out here in St Louis and Missouri…And now back to our program.

Anyway I picked up a six pack of the 60 Minute IPA while we stopped to get bottled water for the brew. I figured why not? When in Rome or Illinois do what Dogfish Head fans do. Buy some Dogfish Head!

So while waiting for the water to boil to temperature I had my first 60 Minute IPA. 
                 
First off I immediately compared it to the 90 MinuteImperial IPA (or my favorite beer thus far from Dogfish Head) 

And although if given the choice between the two I would pick the 90 minute, 60 was a close second. 

Delicious IPA that was a nice smooth beer to drink. Sam and the brewers over in Delaware know what the hell they are doing (except in getting this beer on the shelves here locally, nothing personal Sam I love your beer and want easy access to it)

With that being said I know I can’t go over 5 beers and a shot (90 minute IPAs Rating)  and I want to leave some wiggle room for something in-between (again I have the right to bring this rating up at a later time) so I am going with a 4 beers and a shot rating....

If you don’t go out and try some beers from Dogfish Head you are missing out.
